The Stow Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Marketing Manager located in Holland, MI.  We are the country’s premier source for custom closets and organizational solutions; designed, custom-cut, and shipped directly to our clients. Primary Purpose of Position:  The Senior Marketing Manager leads integrated marketing strategy and execution across Stow’s portfolio of consumer brands. This role translates business objectives into high-impact campaigns, product commercialization strategies, and disciplined marketing operations that drive sustained demand and revenue growth.   Partnering closely with Performance Marketing Manager and Stow leadership, this individual ensures cohesive execution across channels and builds and develops a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational rigor and thrives in a high-accountability, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives within a consumer-facing organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen; able to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategy.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, customer lifecycle marketing, and product commercialization within a consumer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Experience executing go-to-market launches and managing complex project timelines.
  • Operational rigor in prioritization, workflow design, and marketing performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed.
  • Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow Company
  • Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Translate company objectives and market insights into prioritized, high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Lead integrated campaign strategy across content, design, website, print, digital, etc.
  • Influence promotional strategy and campaign planning to drive sustained demand.
  • Develop clear, strategic creative and project briefs that align teams around consumer insight and business objectives.
  • Ensure marketing execution balances brand integrity, commercial performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches across brands.
  • Coordinate internal and external launch communications to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Represent Marketing in cross-functional and executive project reviews.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and optimize toward long-term product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across content, design, and project management.
  • Establish clear priorities, improve marketing throughput, and drive operational discipline.
  • Partner closely with Performance Marketing to align lifecycle strategy and campaign execution.
  • Provide clear, data-informed feedback that elevates team performance and decision quality.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.
