PAR is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing and Growth. This role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to produce polished first drafts of key marketing documents, and leadership in cross-functional meetings. The candidate will own two of the department's three marketing pillars: Strategy & Operations and Demand & Lifecycle. They will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for PAR's agency of record, directly manage the Digital Marketing Manager, and oversee the Events & Programs function. The role focuses on driving strategy, managing people and partners, and ensuring overall progress, with execution handled by internal teams and agency partners.
