We're looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead a high-performing team and shape customer-focused marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner across Marketing, Sales, Digital Commerce, and Analytics to develop and execute data-driven initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, increase performance, and support key business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer, content, digital, and/or brand marketing.
  • Prior people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies that drive business growth and align with organizational priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Analytics to align strategies and maximize customer engagement.
  • Transform customer, market, and channel insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
  • Optimize content effectiveness using performance analytics, audience insights, and market research.
  • Guide digital marketing and search strategies by leveraging industry best practices and data-driven decision making.
  • Oversee marketing operations, resource prioritization, and workflow management to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Present results, insights, and recommendations to leadership, helping shape future marketing investments and strategies.
