Partner brands include illy, Earth Animal, Wiley Wallaby, and Rocketbook. The company is a $53M business targeting $100M in 2026 with a $25M raise behind it. This role is for a generalist marketing operator, the second-in-command of Neato's marketing function, responsible for making the machine run and taking on the in-the-weeds work from the VP of Marketing, including paid acquisition, ABM, events, SEO/GEO/AEO, marketing ops, and team rhythm. The ideal candidate is not a channel specialist or a coordinator with a senior title, but someone genuinely strong across multiple marketing disciplines.
