About The Position

Neato is a 2P eCommerce accelerator that buys inventory from established CPG brands, becomes their seller of record, and runs Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and DTC end-to-end from a single inventory pool. Partner brands include illy, Earth Animal, Wiley Wallaby, and Rocketbook. The company is a $53M business targeting $100M in 2026 with a $25M raise behind it. This role is for a generalist marketing operator, the second-in-command of Neato's marketing function, responsible for making the machine run and taking on the in-the-weeds work from the VP of Marketing, including paid acquisition, ABM, events, SEO/GEO/AEO, marketing ops, and team rhythm. The ideal candidate is not a channel specialist or a coordinator with a senior title, but someone genuinely strong across multiple marketing disciplines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years at a growth-stage B2B or DTC company with multi-channel ownership.
  • Experience managing real paid budgets across LinkedIn and Google (Meta experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience building or substantially improving a HubSpot instance from within the tool.
  • Experience executing at least one trade show end-to-end.
  • Comfortable pulling own data and building own dashboards.
  • Experience managing agencies and holding them to high standards.
  • Ability to provide opinions and push back when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn (ABM-style campaigns, audience uploads, creative testing, daily pacing) and Google (search, display, retargeting), from setup through monthly reporting.
  • Execute ABM strategies including multi-touch motions across cold email, gifting, custom landing pages, and nurture, utilizing HubSpot for list builds, workflow setup, sequence sends, gifting coordination, and response routing to sales.
  • Develop and optimize SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies for neato.com, including technical audits, content strategy, and optimization for AI citations and Google AI Overviews.
  • Manage event logistics, materials, booth coordination, on-the-ground execution, and follow-up sequences for trade shows such as Cosmoprof Vegas, SUPERZOO, Groceryshop, NACS, and SupplySide.
  • Oversee campaign management, including briefs, timelines, asset requests, channel sequencing, and post-mortems for all cross-channel campaigns.
  • Administer marketing operations, including HubSpot, monday.com boards, vendor and agency management, press kit maintenance, and internal team rituals.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as case studies, collateral, talking points, and win-stories.
  • Manage the speaking and podcast pipeline by pitching executives onto industry podcasts and conferences, handling outreach, verification, and post-booking preparation.
