Senior Marketing Manager, Growth

Webflow
$131,500 - $180,000Remote

About The Position

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth to help build our AI-native marketing operating system. You'll unify webflow.com, AEO, and agent-driven campaign orchestration into one pipeline engine, and run webflow.com as a living, always-shipping website proving Webflow is the reference implementation for how modern enterprise marketing should work.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Think in systems, not campaigns. When a channel underperforms, you look at the signal layer, not the campaign copy. When a page converts, you ask what feedback loop just closed.
  • Ship and iterate. You'd rather run ten disciplined tests than debate one perfect page. You have a bias toward getting a valid experiment live this week, and a hypothesis-first instinct for what to test next.
  • Are technically fluent enough to be dangerous. You can read a Marketo trigger, sanity-check a schema markup change, QA a page built in Webflow, and interpret a Tableau attribution model without a translator. You partner with GTM Engineering as a peer, not a customer.
  • Distinguish signal from noise in intent data. You know why a hand-raiser can convert dramatically better than a LinkedIn lead, and you build campaign design around that reality.
  • Name problems sharply. You TL;DR-first the biggest problem in a document without softening language, and you can hold an opinion under executive pressure without hedging.
  • Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably have public thought-leadership presence (LinkedIn, podcasts, industry talks) on modern growth infrastructure — nice to have, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own web optimization and A/B testing in partnership with the demand-gen team. Run a structured, high-velocity experimentation program on webflow.com — hypothesis to live test to statistically valid result — using our experimentation and personalization stack (Webflow Optimize and equivalents). Set the test roadmap, defend statistical rigor, and turn win rate and conversion lift into reported KPIs, not anecdotes.
  • Own the web-side execution of AEO in partnership with the AEO lead. The AEO lead owns methodology, measurement, and category strategy; you own what makes webflow.com win citations and manage site performance improvements, accessibility, site architecture best practices.
  • Run webflow.com as a "living" website, not a project that ships and stops. Own the continuous development of the site — page and component build, design QA, performance, and iteration velocity — so the site is always evolving in-platform. This is the customer-zero narrative made real: Webflow on Webflow, demonstrated through webflow.com, built and optimized on our own product every day.
  • Turn webflow.com into an account-level pipeline engine. Lead the on-brand experimentation, personalization stack, and conversion architecture that converts ICP-matched traffic into qualified pipeline. Partner closely with Demand Gen to ensure web experiences reflect and reinforce active sales-led pipeline initiatives (ABM target accounts, named-account journeys, and campaign-specific landing experiences).
  • Build and ship, beyond building briefs. Design, build, and ship landing pages and site experiences end to end in-platform — you're hands-on in the product, closing the loop from hypothesis to live page yourself rather than handing specs to a queue. (Anthropic growth-engineer archetype: high agency, technical hands-on build.)
  • Own the web measurement layer. Instrument event tracking, funnel analytics, and attribution for site-sourced pipeline so every experiment and every AEO/answer-engine visit is measurable end to end — and so web's contribution to pipeline is provable, not asserted. (Profound archetype: answer-engine visibility instrumented as a measurable funnel.)
  • Support campaign orchestration across the web as a channel. You don't own or operate the orchestration engine — you represent webflow.com as a coordinated channel within it. Wire site behavior signals and on-site responses into the cross-channel play, and execute the web slice of an orchestrated account motion so a single account signal (AEO citation, site behavior, paid engagement) triggers a coordinated web response, not a siloed one. Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and the AI-native team who own the orchestration layer.
  • Drive opportunities for Sales as the north star, instrumenting the signal-to-pipeline feedback loop that makes intent signals a stronger conversion predictor than firmographic ICP rating.
  • Partner cross-functionally as a peer to Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, PMM, and the broader Revenue org, protecting scope clarity while making Growth Platforms the substrate the entire Revenue Marketing org runs on.
  • Own and optimize a high-traffic B2B SaaS marketing website as a product, driving continuous improvements across user experience, performance, conversion, and experimentation rather than managing one-off website projects.
  • Define and lead a mature experimentation program, establishing testing strategy, experimentation infrastructure, and best practices while delivering measurable improvements in conversion and pipeline through statistically rigorous testing.
  • Bring deep expertise in technical SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), implementing structured data, crawlability, site architecture, and content optimizations that increase both organic search visibility and AI-powered answer engine discoverability.
  • Leverage marketing analytics to drive business outcomes, implementing instrumentation, funnel analytics, attribution, and measurement frameworks that demonstrate marketing's contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Apply AI to production growth workflows, deploying AI agents and automation to improve content, routing, personalization, and optimization while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
