About The Position

Genuine Comfort is seeking a Senior Marketing Growth Specialist to join their Revenue Team. This role will be instrumental in shaping how the company presents itself in the market, communicates its value, and drives revenue growth. The specialist will collaborate with Sales & Marketing Directors in Canada and the US, the Ecommerce Manager, and Product leadership to execute marketing initiatives focused on customer engagement, sales enablement, and business performance. This is a hands-on position requiring ownership of marketing execution across campaigns, product launches, content, and promotions, with an emphasis on speed, consistency, and commercial impact. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ROI mindset, can translate value propositions into clear messaging, and drive measurable results and qualified demand. Success is measured by the ability to align marketing with revenue objectives, strengthen market positioning, and contribute to customer conversion and business growth, rather than solely by aesthetic perfection.

  • Experience in product or channel-driven environments, supporting physical products, distribution channels, or multi-market sales organizations.
  • Understanding of how to translate product value into market demand and how marketing integrates with broader sales and commercial strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder and digital capability, confident working with senior leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving priorities.
  • Practical digital marketing fluency across CRM systems, email platforms, CMS tools, LinkedIn, and light design tools such as Canva.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing execution and campaign delivery end-to-end, translating strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across channels.
  • Create and manage the quarterly marketing calendar, coordinating timelines, assets, approvals, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery tied to clear performance outcomes.
  • Ensure marketing activity is structured, sequenced, and measurable, generating awareness, engagement, and qualified demand aligned to revenue priorities.
  • Drive revenue-aligned marketing and sales enablement by partnering closely with Sales leadership to support pipeline and revenue needs.
  • Develop and maintain core sales materials including presentations, brochures, product sheets, and campaign assets.
  • Participate in revenue team discussions to stay aligned with market feedback and adjust execution priorities.
  • Ensure sales teams are consistently equipped with effective, conversion-focused tools to support lead generation, deal progression, and customer conversion.
  • Own content creation, digital presence, and ecommerce support, managing the creation and distribution of content across digital channels.
  • Provide oversight of the website, Google Business profile, LinkedIn presence, and campaign content.
  • Support the Ecommerce marketing manager to grow the PTAC4Less platform through email, SMS, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads across channels.
  • Maintain marketing discipline, measurement, and reporting, tracking and reporting on campaign performance tied to clear metrics and ROI indicators.
  • Maintain CRM and email list hygiene, ensuring marketing data is structured for decision-making.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external partners, bringing consistency, structure, and momentum to all marketing activity.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is measurable, performance-driven, and continuously improved based on outcomes and conversion data.
