About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will implement growth strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention of our products and services. Through collaboration and in-depth knowledge of our products and customers, you will create and deliver impactful strategic marketing campaigns for key customer segments. You will collaborate with your team to develop strategies that maximize marketing impact via tactics and channels including email, in-app messaging, push, etc. You are a continuous learner with a hunger for knowledge. You approach challenges as opportunities to improve. You value team members’ input from all levels and you actively seek ways to support your colleagues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on cross-functional commitments and resolve conflicting priorities or expectations diplomatically, keeping multiple partners and internal stakeholders aligned.
  • Proven experience tracking "Cost Per Lead" (CPL) and "Customer Acquisition Cost" (CAC) across various channels and campaigns.
  • Strong communication, project management, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented, very organized, a multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong history of using enterprise-level email and multichannel service platforms to manage email lists, conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and deploy and track email, in-app, and push campaigns.
  • Experience using HTML and CSS to develop email templates and landing pages.
  • Experience building email automations and drip programs.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking data, including standard email engagement, metrics, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Understanding of Agile marketing principles, values, and process or a strong desire to learn.
  • The role often requires long hours on your feet and the ability to lift/move event materials (up to 30–50 lbs).
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel up to 15% as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email, in-app, and push campaigns end to end, including setup, tracking, and multivariate testing.
  • Improve the email development and deployment process, including dynamic content, targeting, personalization, and templates.
  • Support data integrations with ESP and in-app messaging platforms.
  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across search, social, and display to build a pipeline for both self-service and high-touch sales cycles.
  • Own conversion rate optimization for high-traffic landing pages and lead capture forms, using A/B testing to reduce friction and lift conversion.
  • Track and report team KPIs, including performance summaries, test results, and conversion tracking, and keep stakeholders updated on campaign performance.
  • Partner with marketing, data, and product teams to develop engagement strategies and iterate toward specific KPI and business targets.
  • Define go-to-market strategy and planning, including positioning, value proposition, and launch approach.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for partner and distributed brand follow-up, surfacing risks early and resolving misalignment before it impacts timelines or contracts, while driving post-meeting execution by capturing action items, confirming owners and timelines, and following through to close.
  • Ensure contractual marketing commitments to partners are fulfilled.
  • Create Distribution and Publishing Partner content, including emails, blogs, gated content, catalogs, videos, landing pages, and digital advertising.
  • Support partner events end to end, from ordering materials and event planning through chargebacks and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with distributed brands on co-marketing that extends reach and creates mutual value.
