The Senior Manager, Marketing Events leads the strategy, prioritization, and execution of the firm’s U.S. events portfolio as a core component of business development and client engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring that events are aligned to firm, practice, and industry priorities; deliver measurable impact; and are executed with operational excellence. This individual serves as a strategic partner to firm leadership, partners, business development strategists, and other stakeholders. They are responsible for guiding event strategy from concept through post-event follow-up and ROI analysis. The role also leads the continued evolution of the U.S. events model, including intake, go/no-go decisioning, and performance measurement.
