About The Position

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator in our San Francisco office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. In this role, through experience, and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, you will organize and manage the development and production of marketing deliverables, such as qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other forms of collateral and communication tools. High proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite will ensure solid and creative design skills are applied to deliverables and collateral. You will assist with any number of marketing related projects under the guidance of the Director of Business Development, as well as Market Leaders, Principals, and technical staff. In this role, you will work independently on projects, exercises good judgment in determining when and where to engage others to successfully complete a project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong Adobe Indesign experience.
  • Strong spoken and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Effective working individually and within team environments.
