About The Position

Holmes US is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for a creative communicator who can translate technical ideas into compelling content and polished proposals. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting pursuit efforts, crafting marketing materials, managing the brand, and contributing to business development and thought leadership initiatives. The position is based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, or Seattle. Holmes US is an international design firm specializing in structural and fire protection engineering consulting, known for innovation and tackling complex challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • AEC industry background is a big plus
  • Solid skills in Adobe InDesign and the broader Creative Suite
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a good eye for design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with AEC industry language and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay cool under pressure
  • Great organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support pursuit efforts from proposal preparation through to client presentations
  • Craft compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing content
  • Create eye-catching graphics and visual assets that communicate our story
  • Manage and maintain our brand across digital and print channels
  • Assist with business development activities and thought leadership initiatives
  • Develop project narratives, award submissions, and marketing collateral
  • Help coordinate conferences, sponsorships, and firm events
  • Provide guidance to junior marketing staff as needed
