About The Position

Holmes US is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, or Seattle. The company is an international design firm specializing in structural and fire protection engineering consulting, known for pushing boundaries and solving complex challenges. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will support pursuit efforts, craft compelling proposals and marketing content, create visual assets, manage the brand across digital and print channels, assist with business development, develop project narratives, coordinate events, and provide guidance to junior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Solid skills in Adobe InDesign and the broader Creative Suite
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a good eye for design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with AEC industry language and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay cool under pressure
  • Great organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support pursuit efforts from proposal preparation through to client presentations
  • Craft compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing content
  • Create eye-catching graphics and visual assets that communicate our story
  • Manage and maintain our brand across digital and print channels
  • Assist with business development activities and thought leadership initiatives
  • Develop project narratives, award submissions, and marketing collateral
  • Help coordinate conferences, sponsorships, and firm events
  • Provide guidance to junior marketing staff as needed
