About The Position

The Senior Marketing Communications Manager leads integrated marketing communications across Kuros’s Spine, Extremities, and Trauma portfolios. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, this role serves as a senior strategic partner to Product Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and external agency and vendor partners. The position combines strategic campaign leadership with hands-on execution, from translating business and customer needs into briefs through creative development, medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review, production, launch, and performance measurement. Campaigns support brand awareness, product adoption, sales enablement, and revenue growth through channels including digital, email, social, events, sales tools, video, and print. The role develops and executes integrated campaigns and product launches; advises on portfolio priorities, campaign sequencing, resources, agency scope, and channel investment; and translates technical product information, clinical evidence, surgeon feedback, and field insights into clear, compliant messaging. It owns campaign and content workflows, including Veeva/MLR submissions and approved-file management, and ensures sales-enablement materials are current and useful in HighSpot. The manager also leads focused market research, interprets campaign and customer insights, manages website content and HubSpot email campaigns, monitors digital performance, and leads marketing execution for priority trade shows and education and advocacy events. The position is full-time and hybrid, with three days onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia. Travel is up to 20–30%, domestically and internationally as business needs require. Physical demands may include occasional sitting, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stooping; lifting and carrying items of 50 pounds or more depending on the role; and frequent use of hands and fingers. Some roles may require extended motor-vehicle operation and a valid driver’s license; specific requirements may vary by role.
