About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Assembly & APQP to join our team. This role involves developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for fuel injector assembly and testing, leading critical APQP activities, and supporting production and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.
• Strong background in assembly, testing, and production support.
• Experience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Development.
• Experience with manufacturing process development, assembly, and testing.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with process validation, production support, and quality systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for fuel injector assembly and testing.
• Lead APQP activities, PFMEA development, and control plan creation.
• Support production, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches and process validation.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement projects.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for fuel injector assembly and testing.
• Lead APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and process validation activities.
• Support production operations and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams on new product launches.
• Analyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
