About The Position

The Senior Manager, Website Optimization & Personalization owns the end-to-end strategy, capability building, and execution of Thomson Reuters’ personalization program. It works closely with product, marketing, analytics, WebOps, CDP, and Adobe platform teams to enable audience segmentation, content targeting, experimentation, measurement, and learning. The Senior Manager also leads and develops optimization specialists, guides program operations with a Program Manager, and aligns stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.
