About The Position

Justworks is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Experience to lead the evolution of Justworks.com. In this role, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the website, driving measurable business impact across acquisition, conversion, customer experience, and overall site performance. You’ll operate the site as a digital product — setting a long-term vision of how the site drives our business, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and shared goals, and continually improving the site via experimentation and customer insight. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of web marketers and establish the operating model with Engineering, Design, and Data that enables you to deliver near-term results and long-term platform scalability. Your mission is to create integrated, cohesive digital experiences that strengthen customer journeys and accelerate growth. We’re seeking a leader who has owned a high-performance website, developed high-performing teams, collaborated with technical and design teams, and translated web initiatives into sustained business impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading website strategy, SEO, CRO, and digital experience optimization in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments, including 3+ years building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven ownership of a high-traffic marketing website as a primary acquisition channel, with measurable impact on conversion rates, pipeline quality, and revenue growth.
  • A strong product-thinking mindset, with experience building and managing a strategic web roadmap aligned to business outcomes, including leading major UX, navigation, or structural evolutions tied to broader company initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success establishing or scaling a structured experimentation program grounded in data, testing, and continuous optimization.
  • Deep fluency in CMS platforms, technical SEO, analytics, experimentation frameworks, personalization, tracking, and attribution — with the ability to translate performance data into clear prioritization and executive-level recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience driving alignment and decision-making across Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics in lean, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Web Strategy & Roadmap: Define and lead a forward-looking roadmap aligned to Marketing priorities and company growth objectives, prioritizing both short-term impact and long-term scalability.
  • Drive Conversion & Growth: Lead a structured experimentation program (A/B testing, personalization, funnel optimization) to improve conversion rates, streamline the path to purchase, and continuously enhance overall site performance.
  • Customer Journey & ICP Optimization: Design and refine buyer journeys across the site, clarifying ICP-specific pathways, reducing friction across key flows, and ensuring the site effectively engages and converts our target audiences.
  • Evolve the Web Platform: Oversee and improve the capabilities of headless infrastructure in partnership with the Engineering team to enable scalable, high-velocity page creation while ensuring strong SEO, performance, and technical health.
  • Strengthen the Web Operating Model: Build clear prioritization frameworks, governance, and cross-functional workflows that connect Marketing, Design, and Engineering around shared growth outcomes.
  • Lead & Scale the Function: Manage and elevate a high-performing web team while architecting the long-term vision for how the web integrates with or digital marketing function to support the business.
