The Opportunity: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to define and deliver the future of Booz Allen's digital experiences. This role combines UX leadership with ownership of the web channel as a primary platform for audience engagement, brand storytelling, and lead generation. The Digital Experience and Web Strategist, Senior Manager will set the vision for how our audiences engage with our brand across digital touchpoints, with a primary focus on the website and its integration into broader marketing and sales journeys. This individual will lead a multidisciplinary UX team, establish experience standards and design systems and drive measurable improvements in engagement and performance. This is a player–coach role: you will lead through strategy and influence, while also providing direct design guidance and stepping into the work when needed. You will partner closely with marketing, production, content, analytics, and technology teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact digital experiences. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
