About The Position
Vertiv is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Warranty Programs to shape and lead the next evolution of its warranty programs. The role translates warranty strategy and policy into effective operating processes, drives cross-functional improvement, and ensures complex warranty issues are resolved with speed, consistency, and strong financial discipline. This highly collaborative role works across Services, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and business units to identify systemic issues, improve warranty policies and processes, manage escalations, and provide senior leaders with actionable, data-driven insights. The role also develops and enables a strong team focused on delivering an effective, continuously improving warranty program.
