About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Technology Operations, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. This role requires managing complex programs, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. You will oversee financial and organizational aspects while influencing decision-making and guiding change management efforts. Your leadership will ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency within a dynamic and evolving environment. About the team: The team leads the strategy and execution of return capabilities across Walmart’s international marketplace and fulfillment networks. It collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketplace, and Market teams to deliver scalable solutions enhancing seller, customer, and associate experiences. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, the team translates complex business challenges into effective product and technical investments. It drives alignment across multiple markets, creating a unified roadmap for domestic and cross-border returns. Success requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering impactful results.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program and financial management to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing technology and organizational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities supported by scenario planning and change management proficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in leading business operations and program development initiatives.
  • Effective business communication skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
