Requirements
- Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple complex projects.
- Proven ability to define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strong knowledge of technology strategies and their application within business domains.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, with excellent communication and influencing skills to build consensus.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation, and program monitoring to ensure successful delivery.
- Demonstrated capability in business operations, including KPI assessment and business case development.
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop teams while promoting high performance and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining efforts to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate business cases demonstrating return on investment and cost savings for technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Monitor program progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive operational excellence.
- Promote continuous improvement by integrating new tools, processes, and best practices within technology operations.
