About The Position

As a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition on our Corporate Functions team, you will be the driving spirit behind developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower the business to thrive. This role is central to the organization, focusing on attracting top talent and building strong talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of leading Talent Acquisition and Recruiting teams, ideally with proven success in leading geographically dispersed teams and navigating cross-cultural collaboration
  • Direct and empathetic communicator who leads by example and fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability
  • Strong business acumen combined with the ability to navigate an ever-changing environment and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including events (social/virtual/in-person)
  • Partner with TA Marketing to evangelize the Infineon employer brand and create the “how to sell Infineon” message, ensuring consistency in external communications by TA
  • Define, analyze, and communicate metrics and data that demonstrate effectiveness and success of talent marketing campaigns to HR & business leadership
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Talent Acquisition / Recruiting team supporting the Americas region (U.S. and Mexico), fostering a high-performing, customer-focused recruiting organization that delivers exceptional hiring results and talent partnerships
  • Oversee partnership with HR Service Center Recruiting Services for alignment to process and change management
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to proactively define talent and campaign needs
  • Participate as an active and influential member of the Global Recruiting Leadership team, Americas TA functional management team, Americas HR Extended Staff Leadership
