The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (US) is a key leader on Rocket Software’s Talent Acquisition team. This is a player-coach role responsible for leading the US recruiting team while personally owning a portfolio of high-impact, revenue-generating requisitions. The role partners closely with GTM and People leaders to translate business strategies into hiring plans, with a primary focus on Sales and other GTM roles across all levels. This leader will build and execute hiring strategies, develop scalable recruiting programs, and strengthen Rocket’s ability to attract and assess top talent. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving Rocket’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the US by shaping the candidate narrative and elevating the overall recruiting experience. The ideal candidate is an expert sourcer, highly analytical, comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to leaders, and confident leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both team leadership and direct recruiting ownership.
