As Senior Manager, T&O Leadership Programs you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of talent development programs in RBC Technology & Operations. Your advanced facilitation expertise, combined with program management, coaching, instructional design capabilities and direct experience with people management will be essential to creating transformative learning experiences that develop and enable the growth of new and existing people leaders. You will drive program excellence by ensuring quality standards, developing relevant training materials, and implementing data-driven evaluation methods that demonstrate measurable impact. In this role you will collaborate effectively with partner teams and key stakeholders across T&O and RBC Enterprise to design impactful learning experiences and ensure seamless program execution.
