About The Position

At Kinder's, we're passionate about flavor, quality, and creating exceptional food experiences. As our company continues to grow, so does the scale and complexity of our supply chain across co-manufacturing, logistics, and an expanding SKU portfolio. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance - Sourcing & Procurement will serve as the lead finance business partner to Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, providing financial leadership across raw materials, ingredients, packaging, components, supplier costs, commodities, and sourcing initiatives. This senior manager will own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for material costs while helping Procurement evaluate supplier economics, negotiate from a fact base, and deliver sustainable value. The role will assess inflation and deflation, purchase price variance, co-manufacturer true-ups, tariffs, duties, freight terms, minimum order quantities, and supplier or specification changes. This position will strengthen accountability for sourcing commitments by establishing consistent methodologies, validating savings, and connecting procurement decisions to COGS, gross margin, working capital, supply continuity, and long-term business performance.
