About The Position

The Senior Manager, Success Enablement leads Success Enablement for Rockwell Automation’s multi-year Digital Infrastructure (DI) transformation. The role leads global execution of Success Enablement plans across the DI portfolio, including Demand to Renew (D2R) and future initiatives, with a focus on ensuring teams adopt each release rather than simply deploying it. The position reports to the Director - Global Customer Engagement and works in a hybrid setting from a Rockwell Automation office location.

The role leads a global Success Enablement team and owns the Success Enablement operating model, portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and execution strategy. It partners with executive leadership, business process leaders, product owners, program leadership, and regional stakeholders to drive adoption, achieve business outcomes, and sustain organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position, now or in the future.

• 8+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise leading large-scale organizational change management and driving user adoption across complex global digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive success enablement strategies, including communications, training, readiness, reinforcement, and stakeholder engagement programs.
• Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders to achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in portfolio prioritization, resource planning, governance, and execution management across multiple concurrent technology and business transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a global Success Enablement team responsible for change management, communications, training, readiness, adoption, reinforcement, change networks, persona governance, and measurement.
• Own the Success Enablement operating model, portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and execution strategy.
• Work with executive leadership, business process leaders, product owners, program leadership, and regional stakeholders to drive adoption, realize business outcomes, and ensure sustainable organizational change.
• Lead global execution of Success Enablement plans across the Digital Infrastructure portfolio, including Demand to Renew and future initiatives.
