About The Position

EY-Parthenon is Ernst & Young's (EY) global strategy consulting arm. As a Strategy & Execution (TSE) Senior Manager within EY-Parthenon, you will help make intelligent, informed decisions for clients. You will be an important part of a diversely talented, highly experienced team working at the forefront of high-profile transactions and operational value creation mandates. You will work with leading business tools and methodologies to provide services to sophisticated clients. As an EY-Parthenon Senior Manager within our Strategy and Execution practice, you’ll participate as a valued member of project teams helping clients address their most pressing strategic challenges. Together with your team, you will play a vital role by supporting and executing strategies for transactions and developing experience across a range of different type of engagements including pre-deal (e.g., due diligence, operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking, value creation) touching upon key functional areas, across a variety of industries. As a Senior Manager, you will not only confidently navigate complex business environments leading and inspiring your team towards strategic outcomes, but also proactively drive business development efforts. You will be expected to amplify client engagement and high-quality delivery, spearhead market development, and foster long-lasting, revenue-generating partnerships. Your adaptability, business acumen and strong emotional intelligence will also be employed in managing, mentoring, and developing diverse project teams, fostering employee engagement and exceeding performance expectations. Your role will also involve engaging effectively with senior-level stakeholders and ensuring EY-Parthenon is strongly represented while nurturing long-lasting client relationships. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance.
  • At least 8 years of managing IT due diligence projects in complex environments (strategy consulting work experience a plus).
  • Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary.
  • Analytical individual that has performed IT diligences as a consultant for projects spanning various industries
  • Someone that can consume, synthesize and report on large amounts of information in a well-thought out, well presented manner, keeping the client audience in mind, while doing so in a fast-paced environment.
  • Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction.

Nice To Haves

  • A graduate degree with at least 8 years of related work experience, with a particular focus on client advisory or strategic planning within a professional services environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Technology - IT Due Diligence works on complex transactions, across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors.
  • Prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, as well as advise on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions and people.
  • Lead workstreams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables, manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, Partners, and our clients.
  • Lead teams in performance of IT due diligences focused on an assessment of strategy, applications, infrastructure, organization, cyber, third parties and spend.
  • Manage and motivate workstreams and teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Develop, manage and mentor junior team members at the Consultant and Manager levels.
