In this department, strategies will be defined, risks and required investments managed, and strategic projects executed to achieve organizational goals. This role involves leading a transformation that will have a significant impact on manufacturing sites, the supply chain, and all customers worldwide. It offers a unique opportunity to grow while leaving a mark on the future of Operations at P&WC. The team is dynamic, forward-thinking, and at the heart of aerospace innovation, valuing technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours, based exclusively on-site in Longueuil. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Strategic Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the organization’s strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and performance objectives.

Requirements

  • University degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects
  • Excellent command of project management tools (MS Project)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand internal and external operational challenges
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues

Responsibilities
