About The Position

Reporting to the Transformation & PMO Director, this role is responsible for the disciplined execution and management of strategic projects within an established governance framework. The incumbent ensures rigorous adherence to standards, quality of deliverables, and clear reporting to decision-making bodies. The position covers the full project lifecycle, with a strong focus on structuring, controlling, and aligning projects with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Administration, Engineering, Human Resources or other pertinent field)
• 6-8 years of experience in project management within a structured environment
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (PMO, PPMO, Transformation Office or EPMO)
• Ability to manage multiple projects with rigor and discipline
• Strong execution mindset and prioritization skills
• Ability to synthesize and communicate to senior stakeholders
• Experience in budget tracking and risk management
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project or equivalent)
• Bilingual (French and English)

Nice To Haves

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in distribution or supply chain environments

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects in alignment with PMO standards
• Ensure compliance with governance (milestones, committees, deliverables, reporting)
• Maintain clear visibility on progress, risks, issues, and interdependencies
• Facilitate multidisciplinary work sessions smoothly to deliver expected results
• Proactively escalate deviations and required decisions
• Manage change requests (scope, timeline, budget)
• Ensure stakeholder accountability and commitment tracking
• Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation
• Prepare and present status updates to steering committees
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and expected benefits
• Contribute to the definition and tracking of project KPIs
• Structure and monitor change management activities when required
