Join us as a Senior Manager on our Solution Architecture team in Remote - California to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve As a Senior Manager of the AI Data Center Cabling team, you will lead a team of solution architects and delivery engineers responsible for designing, planning, and governing large-scale cabling infrastructure deployments for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data center environments. The leader will oversee the development of end-to-end connectivity solutions, including structured cabling systems, fiber optic infrastructure, labeling standards, and physical layer architecture required to support next-generation AI, GPU, and enterprise workloads. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, sales, deployment, customer, partners and operations teams to ensure scalable, standardized, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements and industry best practices. The Senior Manager will drive technical strategies, operational excellence, solution consistency, and workforce development across a distributed organization.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience leading data center cabling projects across multi sites with coordination of engineering, operations, partners, and customers with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as a credible onsite lead and advisor to technical teams, vendors, contractors, customer executives, and internal leadership simultaneously.
• Ability to hire, lead and manage technical team.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% to customer data center sites, including extended onsite rotational periods as project demands require.

Nice To Haves

• College degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering / Construction
• A genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging technologies — particularly experience with AI data center networking technologies and high-performance fabrics such as InfiniBand, NVIDIA NVLink, and 400G/800G Ethernet.
