About The Position

RTX, a global leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead high-visibility digital transformation initiatives across its service contract, warranty, and order administration operations. This role involves guiding the strategy, roadmap, and execution of impactful programs utilizing S4 HANA, CRM, eCommerce, and AI capabilities. It offers a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-level platforms, collaborate with experts, and shape the customer experience within a leading aerospace organization. This is an onsite position located in Cedar Rapids, IA or Windsor Locks, CT.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Experience leading complex digital transformation or process-intensive programs.
  • Experience with CORE/Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and comfortable leading improvement events.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex programs accelerating the shift to next generation digital systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design solutions, configure systems, and oversee testing, migration, and go-live readiness.
  • Develop and manage conversion documentation, data mapping, and deployment planning.
  • Drive timelines, milestones, and execution for multiple transformation workstreams.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams toward common goals.
  • Deliver clear communication, analytics, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and cutover success.
