About The Position
American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is dedicated to the success of businesses big and small with the vision to be essential to our customers’ businesses every day. As part of GCS, the SBS BD & Partnerships team sits within our Small Business Card & Loyalty team in the Small Business Card Product Management and Banking. The SBS BD&P team is responsible for managing Card partner benefits and external relationships with strategic B2B partners (e.g., Dell, Adobe, Indeed, OpenAI), developing the strategy for new partnership opportunities, leading business development for new partner benefits that are unique to Small Business, and overseeing delivery to our customers. The Senior Manager responsibilities will span that of business development and partnership management to drive partner-funded value on GCS core card products.
