DaVita’s Payor Partnerships team manages an $8B revenue portfolio and a rapidly growing, national value-based care (VBC) business covering over $5B in medical spend. We are a fast-paced team with deep expertise in negotiations, managed care, finance, and consulting, positioned at the center of DaVita’s strategic shift toward value-based care. Within this group, the Business Development function drives our long-term payor relationships and growth strategy. We operate with a shared focus on delivering results, thinking creatively, and having fun. As a Manager/Senior Manager of Business Development, you are a highly visible, external-facing leader acting as the voice of DaVita in the market. You will directly support our pipeline of national and regional payor accounts, advocating for our Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) value-based care models. This is a unique opportunity for a strong strategic thinker and dealmaker who wants to directly impact both DaVita’s revenue and the healthcare system at large.
