We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering Enablement to join Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) organization and drive global training and enablement for our Sales Engineering teams. This individual contributor role (no direct reports) reports to the Head of the Sales Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE) and operates in a highly matrixed, global environment. You will design and execute programs that ensure all Sales Engineers (technical pre-sales consultants) have the skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively position Visa’s products and solutions. The ideal candidate brings a blend of training expertise, project management skills, and sales acumen, with the energy and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners – including Product Management, Sales Enablement, Regional Sales Engineering leaders, and our Knowledge & Operations lead – to deliver consistent, high-impact enablement initiatives worldwide.
