About The Position

The Senior Manager, Quality Engineering and Enablement is responsible for ensuring delivery confidence through evidence-based validation of technology solutions supporting the organization’s business operations. This role leads quality assurance strategy and execution by validating outcomes through a combination of manual and automated mechanisms, ensuring solutions are functional, reliable, secure, and ready for adoption. Operating in a player-coach model, this role partners closely with delivery teams and platform stakeholders to reduce risk, enable informed release decisions, and build organizational trust in delivered solutions. GuideStone’s Delivery organization is a technology‑driven execution group responsible for modernizing and operating core financial platforms while the business itself is undergoing transformation. We combine product delivery, engineering, architecture, platform management, and operations into integrated teams that own outcomes end‑to‑end. The work spans cloud modernization, platform replacement, integration strategy, data engineering, security, and DevOps—often in parallel. Delivery isn’t just about shipping software; it’s about designing, building, and proving that complex, mission‑critical systems work the way the business actually operates. We serve those that serve the Lord with the integrity of our hearts and the skillfulness of our hands (Psalm 78:72)
