We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Retail Media – US Luxury to join us in building a best-in-class media organization for the US Luxury Division. In a rapidly evolving consumer landscape, retail media is essential for achieving comprehensive business and omni-channel growth goals. Success in this dynamic field requires expertise in media strategies, omni-channel commerce, consumer-centric marketing, technology, and analytics. As the Senior Manager of Retail Media at Coty, your role involves leading the planning, execution, optimization, and assessment of retail media investments. You'll provide strategic guidance to Marketing and Sales, assisting them in leveraging retail media platforms to address critical business challenges. Additionally, you'll offer thought leadership on emerging retail media players, locally and globally. COTY is looking for smart individuals who are fast and passionate. Your main focus: Exhibit proficiency in media and retail ecosystems across Coty's primary channels. Develop and refine Retail Media best practices in line with Coty's guidelines and commercial objectives, emphasizing performance, transparency, efficiency, and brand safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp corporate objectives and translate them into actionable retail media campaigns. Establish operational protocols across teams and adapt them according to business requirements. Offer guidance and achieve outstanding results through meticulous optimizations, surpassing KPI benchmarks. Manage the process from ideation to execution, collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams to optimize performance. Collaborate closely with each retailer to ensure timely adjustments to campaigns based on real-time performance data. Serve as an internal expert for retailer.com activations, delivering clear and concise information and advising brands on creative, content, and media optimization opportunities. The team consists of Senior Director and Assistant Manager working closely together with several departments such as Marketing, Influencer Marketing/PR, National Media, Sales, eCommerce, DTC and Global Teams.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of retail media, commerce media, and performance marketing across strategy, planning, activation, and measurement
  • Experience working directly with key retail partners including Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and specialty retail environments
  • Strong project management and prioritization capabilities with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable business recommendations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Results-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to navigate complexity and deliver against timelines and budgets
  • Strong understanding of the US luxury beauty and/or CPG landscape, including competitive dynamics, retailer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in media, retail media, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably across both agency and in-house environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
