We are looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Logistics Sourcing, North America to join our Logistics Sourcing team. In this role, you will execute the global logistics sourcing strategy at a regional level by leading tenders, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement, contributing to optimized cost, service performance, and sustainability outcomes. You will report to the Director, Logistics Sourcing & Sustainability. This role is based in the United States or Canada, with flexible (hybrid) working options available depending on location. This role includes approximately 25% travel within North America. You will join a team of logistics sourcing professionals focused on driving regional execution of global sourcing strategies and strengthening supplier partnerships. Our team plays a key role in ensuring cost-efficient, reliable, and sustainable logistics solutions that support business performance, with a shared focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. We collaborate closely with regional logistics teams, Business Areas, and logistics service providers (LSPs). Our team is globally distributed, and our ways of working emphasize collaboration, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in logistics procurement or logistics operations
  • Proven experience running regional tenders, leading negotiations, and implementing logistics suppliers
  • Strong expertise in supplier performance management, cost drivers, and identifying improvement opportunities through data
  • Experience working with sourcing and logistics tools, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and align sourcing strategies with operational needs
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Execute global logistics sourcing strategies across North America through regional and market-area tenders aligned with the global roadmap
  • Lead regional contract negotiations and supplier implementations, ensuring agreed services, rates, and operating models are successfully deployed
  • Manage and develop regional supplier relationships within the LSP pool, acting as a key interface between sourcing and operations
  • Own supplier performance management, including KPIs, review cadence, and escalation handling
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives
  • Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support operational excellence across logistics activities
  • Ensure compliance with global sourcing guidelines, data standards, and reporting requirements while maintaining accurate system data
  • Monitor market trends, identify supplier gaps, and support Business Areas with sourcing needs, including escalation to global teams where required
