About The Position

The Senior Manager, Product Strategy serves as the senior, business-facing product leader responsible for ensuring One Pass remains competitive, differentiated, and aligned with the evolving needs of clients, members, and partners. While One Pass benefits from strong technical product leadership focused on building and operating its digital platforms (including the member app and portal, website, partner portals, and back-office systems), this role fills a critical gap by owning the business product layer. This includes bringing deep market insight, customer understanding, and strategic prioritization to define what we build—and why. This role is accountable for setting the product strategy and roadmap for One Pass offerings across the markets we serve, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth opportunities. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Research, UX Design, Growth, Marketing, Network, and Technical Product teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements, prioritize investments, and deliver industry-leading, user-centered experiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading products, programs, or business portfolios, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or adjacent industries
  • Demonstrated ability to own, evolve and deliver on a product roadmap within complex, cross-fucntional environments
  • Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical artifacts
  • Strong business judgment with a track record of making informed, data-driven tradeoff decisions
  • Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic tactical levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end product strategy for One Pass core products across Medicare and Employer segments.
  • Continuously assess market trends, client needs, competitive offerings, and end user behavior to ensure One Pass remains relevant and differentiated.
  • Champion the evolution of the One Pass product portfolio to drive competitiveness and long term growth.
  • Define and maintain a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Partner closely with Growth and Sales to incorporate market feedback, inform competitive positioning, and support forward-looking product messaging.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for: Clients (health plans and employers), Buyers and decision makers, End users (members and partners)
  • Collaborate with UX and Experience teams to deeply understand buyer journeys, member needs, and usability gaps.
  • Ensure insights from research, analytics, and feedback loops are effectively translated into product decisions and priorities.
  • Define and manage investment priorities across features, capabilities, and enhancements.
  • Balance innovation, operational improvements, and regulatory or client-driven requirements.
  • Make clear, date-drive tradeoffs to focus resources on the highest value opportunities .
  • Maintain roadmap transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable product artifacts, including: Clear product requirements, Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Technical Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible, well-scoped, and aligned to delivery timelines.
  • Drive efficient execution while maintaining high standards for product quality and user experience.
  • Own and evolve the strategy for value added benefits (VAB) within One Pass.
  • Identify, evaluate, and curate new benefit offerings that enhance and differentiate the core product.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of VABs- from from concept and partner selction through launch and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Ensure offerings remain compelling, competitive, and aligned with member and client needs.
