The Product Strategy Senior Advisor – Content Platforms & Personalization is responsible for defining and advancing the enterprise strategy for content capabilities that power personalized customer experiences across digital and communication channels. This role provides strategic counsel to senior leadership on significant content, personalization, and customer engagement initiatives, often requiring coordination across business, technology, operations, marketing, and digital organizations. The advisor serves as a product-minded and strategic translator between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the development of product definitions, solution strategies, and implementation plans that optimize content management, personalization, and customer engagement capabilities. This leader establishes and executes the vision for headless content management, dynamic content assembly, reusable content architecture, and omni-channel content delivery, enabling scalable inbound and outbound customer communications across web, mobile, email, SMS, push notifications, contact center experiences, and emerging channels.
