Senior Manager - Product Partnerships

GoDaddy
•$116,000 - $226,000•Remote

About The Position

GoDaddy is hiring a Senior Manager of Product Partnerships to lead partnerships built into its products. The role sits within the Partnerships organization and works closely with Product to determine which integrations to build, why they matter to customers, and how they are delivered with partners. Focus areas include MCP integrations with LLM platforms and agent ecosystems, and deep integrations with payment processors. The position owns product-led partnerships from strategy and partner selection through deal structure, joint roadmaps, launch, and growth. It bridges GoDaddy’s Product organization and external partners, leads technical discovery with Product and Engineering, and establishes partnership goals and operating rhythms. The role also builds internal business cases and resource requests for Product leadership. This is a remote position based in the United States. The role cannot be performed from Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands; GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates in California, Seattle, or New York City. Occasional visits to a GoDaddy office may be required for team events or meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or product management.
  • A track record of shipping partner-built product integrations, beyond signing deals.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to participate in API and architecture discussions.
  • Understanding of the agent and AI ecosystem, including MCP, LLM platforms, and agentic workflows, to assess opportunities and risks.
  • Payments or commerce experience, such as working with payment processors or integrating payments into a product, and understanding related commercial and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to work credibly with senior partner executives and effectively in Product planning meetings.
  • Strong deal-structuring instincts that balance customer experience with workable economics for both sides.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and ability to deliver results through Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing without directly owning those teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agent platforms, identity or authentication ecosystems, or developer-platform partnerships.
  • Familiarity with small-business and creator software.
  • Experience scaling a partnership from an initial integration into a material revenue or adoption line.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of product-led partnerships from strategy and partner selection through deal structure, joint roadmap, launch, and ongoing growth.
  • Drive MCP and AI-agent integrations with LLM platforms, including defining how GoDaddy products appear in agent-driven experiences and what partners need for successful integrations.
  • Build and deepen payment-processor partnerships, aligning product capabilities, commercial terms, and go-to-market plans to support adoption.
  • Bridge GoDaddy’s Product organization and partner organizations, coordinating roadmaps, prioritization, technical trade-offs, partner constraints, and customer needs.
  • Lead technical discovery with partners alongside Product and Engineering, covering APIs, data flows, authentication, and edge cases, and convert findings into a mutually agreed integration plan.
  • Define partnership success measures, including adoption, revenue, and customer outcomes, and manage the operating rhythm through QBRs, joint planning, and blocker escalation.
  • Develop internal business cases for partnerships, including rationale, competitive considerations, and resource requests for Product leadership.
