About The Position
Capital One’s Risk Product Development team is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead its Model Risk Management (MRM) product organization. The role leads high-performing product teams focused on reinventing MRM through agentic user experiences. It drives AI-powered innovation to transform user experience, enhance risk controls, and accelerate the model development lifecycle. The position calls for proficiency in Capital One’s Product Framework: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership. These areas emphasize understanding customer needs, delivering business outcomes, leveraging technology, resolving complex problems while mitigating product risks, and leading cross-functional teams toward organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining with the required degree expected on or before the scheduled start date, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
