About the Team The Payments Platform is key to powering Capital One’s current and future financial products. At destination, we aim to empower customers with real-time intelligent payment experiences which are seamless, personalized and resilient. We are a multi-tenant platform, with services that span across the end-to-end journey for payments for Capital One’s consumer loan products. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Personal Loan Disbursement space. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Personal Loans Disbursements, including integrating Discover Personal Loans onto Capital One’s payment platform. You will balance near-term integration needs with a long-term product vision and own a capabilities roadmap that unlocks customer and business value. Requirements
- Currently have, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
