As a Senior Manager, Pricing at Fluence, you will own and continuously evolve Fluence’s pricing approach across our global business. This includes developing pricing frameworks, consolidating market and internal data signals, and translating insights into actionable pricing strategies that drive competitiveness, margin, and win rates. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and deal execution. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and regional teams to ensure pricing is both data-driven and effectively operationalized across all markets. Given the importance of pricing to Fluence’s commercial success, this role has high visibility and direct impact on executive decision-making and business performance.
