The mission involves leading end-to-end analytical projects with high business relevance across the go-to-market funnel, owning the analytical direction from problem framing to recommendation and implementation. The role requires turning data into strategic recommendations and business narratives for stakeholders, designing and orchestrating advanced analyses, and building a trustworthy data foundation using SQL and dbt. A key aspect is supporting the development of an AI-ready semantic layer for GTM analytics and building new, proactive AI-powered solutions that integrate insights directly into team workflows.
