About The Position

This role is for a Senior GTM Analyst who loves turning complex go-to-market data into clear recommendations that drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue. The ideal candidate actively partners with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to translate insights into action. The mission involves leading end-to-end analytical projects with high business relevance across the go-to-market funnel, owning the analytical direction from problem framing to recommendation and implementation. The role requires turning data into strategic recommendations and business narratives for stakeholders, designing and orchestrating advanced analyses, and building a trustworthy data foundation using SQL and dbt. A key aspect is supporting the development of an AI-ready semantic layer for GTM analytics and building new, proactive AI-powered solutions that integrate insights directly into team workflows.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Data Analyst in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Real GTM domain depth on funnel performance, conversion, and attribution.
  • Clear understanding of how Marketing, Sales, and RevOps work together across the funnel.
  • Strong SQL and dbt skills.
  • Ability to own outcomes, not just artifacts; move from analysis to recommendation to implementation.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under ambiguity and balance speed with analytical rigor.
  • Ability to partner closely with stakeholders, ask sharp questions, and challenge assumptions constructively while staying open to better arguments.
  • Experience using AI or LLMs practically in work, including decomposing problems for AI, thinking about context and data readiness, and directing/validating AI output.

Nice To Haves

  • Enjoy building new, proactive AI-powered solutions, not just dashboards, and enabling others to work this way.
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, or context/prompt engineering.
  • German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytical projects with high business relevance across the go-to-market funnel.
  • Own the analytical direction from problem framing to recommendation and help drive implementation.
  • Turn data into clear strategic recommendations and business narratives for stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, RevOps and CX.
  • Design and orchestrate advanced analyses around funnel performance, conversion, attribution, pipeline dynamics, and growth levers, increasingly using AI.
  • Build and own a trustworthy data foundation in SQL and dbt, creating scalable models instead of one-off reporting.
  • Support the development of a strong AI-ready semantic layer for GTM analytics.
  • Build new, proactive AI-powered solutions that bring insights directly into the team's workflow.
  • Help the whole GTM analytics function level up by upskilling colleagues on working with AI on data, partnering with the AI Engineer on agentic workflows, and raising the analytical bar across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
