Based in any U.S. office, the Senior Manager, Practice Insights & Operations Transformation will be responsible for leading strategic business transformation initiatives that enhance practice management and operational excellence across the firm. Acting as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to the practice management team, this role will drive cross-functional and cross-office projects that deliver measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and client service. A core focus of this role is leveraging strategic data analysis to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and guide decision-making. This role will collaborate with attorneys, practice managers, and internal stakeholders to align priorities with day-to-day operations, implement change initiatives, and assess their impact through data-driven insights and performance metrics. The role will join a growing team collectively responsible for supporting practice leaders in the management of their groups including Professional Development, Marketing & Client Development, Knowledge Management, Communications, Recruiting, Diversity, Career and Alumni Services, Technology, Human Resources, and Office Administration. This role reports to the Chief Legal Operations Officer.
