Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Operations

The Senior Manager of Portfolio Strategy and Operations will play a key role in building and shaping a first-class R&D Strategy and Operations group at Relay Tx. They will work closely with leaders across the organization to support strategic initiatives and ensure flawless operation of activities across Research & Development. This role involves updating and refining key processes and governance structures, steering Leadership Team agendas and major R&D meetings, and managing and maintaining R&D corporate goals. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for communicating progress back to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.

Manage and maintain the R&D section of the long-range strategic plan

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, and executive communication
• Background in science or management consulting
• Strong communication skills
