Reporting to the VP, Commercial Performance, the Sr. Manager, Planning & Performance is responsible for improving processes across the Commercial organization and enhancing communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the Retail, Foodservice, Fresh Pork, Fresh Poultry, and Grocery Sales teams. The role is accountable for increasing visibility of key initiatives, driving transparency, and strengthening accountability across all Sales teams.
