About The Position
The Director, Strategic Planning and Performance will report to the SVP, Provider Partnerships & Network Management leader. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall development and supervision of the long-range strategy and planning functions. You will define and plan for the achievement of goals and objectives. Assist management with growth and profitability objectives and develop strategic plans for their achievement. The leadership model is about developing great leaders at all levels and creating opportunities for people to grow – personally, professionally, and financially.
