About The Position

As the Senior Manager, People Partner at Nscale, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping people strategy and supporting organizational scaling and talent development during a period of rapid global expansion. The role supports the Global AI Infrastructure business and aims to foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership and transparency, empowering employees to build AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a People Partner.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable processes from the ground up with urgency.
• Strong technical knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to transparency and building trust at all organizational levels.
• Ownership mindset and ability to drive execution of solutions.

• Experience within a high-growth tech startup or the AI/cloud infrastructure space.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, to provide a seamless and engaging experience.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability and recognize excellence.
• Scale and sustain Nscale’s culture across diverse teams, keeping innovation and urgency central to operations.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend proactive people solutions that support business objectives.
