About The Position

The Senior Manager, People & Culture Business Partner will partner across multiple members of the Meals & Beverages Leadership Team (MBLT) and Snacks Leadership Team (SLT) to design and execute talent and organizational strategies that enable business performance. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, connecting individual category priorities into a cohesive people strategy that advances talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across the category teams. This position reports to the Senior Director, P&C – Meals & Beverages and Snacks Categories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources and/or business experience with demonstrated success leading organizational and talent initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate diverse business leader needs into a unified HR and talent agenda.
  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale organizational development and change initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical execution.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand organizational interdependencies and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, including the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute a unified people strategy that aligns the unique needs of Meals & Beverages and Snacks category leaders while driving a consistent approach to talent, development, and culture.
  • Build strong partnerships across category leadership teams to influence organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, and business performance.
  • Drive successful integration and onboarding initiatives that support organizational growth and enhance employee experience.
  • Strengthen talent pipelines, succession planning, and development strategies to ensure long-term organizational capability.
  • Enable leaders to make informed workforce and organizational decisions through strategic planning, talent insights, and operational rigor.
  • Partner with Meals & Beverages and Snacks leadership teams to develop and execute category talent and organizational strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Drive connection and alignment between Category Leadership Teams and North America Food Service (NAFS), ensuring stakeholders remain focused on critical business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders to complete the integration of Sovos Brands into U.S. Retail and Category teams, ensuring effective onboarding and adoption of organizational ways of working.
  • Lead the design of the Meals & Beverages Category HR strategy and coordinate execution with business leaders, HR partners, and Centers of Excellence.
  • Provide leadership and structure around headcount planning, SG&A management, annual operating planning processes, and enterprise cost savings initiatives.
  • Build and execute talent strategies across Category teams, including talent movement, employee development, performance management, succession planning, and internship programs.
  • Deliver day-to-day HR business partner support for designated Category teams, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping navigate organizational challenges and implement effective people solutions.
