Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong experience coaching leaders through employee relations matters.
  • Experience facilitating leadership training, onboarding, or professional development.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement or recognition initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to travel regularly between properties.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or other multi-site operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary People & Culture partner for Resort Managers and department leaders.
  • Coach leaders through performance conversations, documentation, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee concerns.
  • Build leadership confidence through practical, real-time coaching.
  • Support onboarding and integration for new team members.
  • Champion recognition programs and encourage meaningful day-to-day recognition across the resorts.
  • Partner with leaders on engagement initiatives that strengthen morale, belonging, and retention.
  • Help reinforce the culture that makes andCo a great place to work.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, onboarding sessions, and manager training.
  • Help leaders develop their teams through coaching and continuous learning.
  • Support the rollout of new People & Culture programs across the portfolio.
  • Guide leaders through corrective action, investigations, accommodations, leaves, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain compliant documentation and consistent employment practices across all properties.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits to provide a seamless employee experience.
  • Travel regularly to properties to build relationships and support leaders where they work.
  • Identify emerging people concerns and recommend practical solutions.
  • Escalate complex matters appropriately while maintaining strong partnerships with operations.
