The People & Culture Business Partner provides strategic and operational people and culture support across a broad range of functions, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee and labour relations, disability management, health and safety, policy development, employee engagement, HR systems, and organizational culture initiatives. The role partners closely with leaders to foster a psychologically safe, high-performing, and values-driven workplace within a complex, unionized, 24/7 environment.
